As a Salt Lake City area business formation lawyer, I counsel with my clients to help them determine what type of business entity will best meet their business needs. During the business organization process, I recommend that most clients engage a CPA to advise and assist them with tax and financial organizational issues. I work with business owners to provide legal counseling and advice that is both cost effective and takes into consideration their individual business goals.

For new and existing business owners, I provide an ongoing maintenance program annually to ensure assist clients with holding any required annual meetings and preparing the necessary minutes and related documents. The primary goal is to update and provide guidance on what aspects of the business could be improved and to avoid potential sources of litigation.

I can assist with reviewing, drafting, or negotiating real estate contracts, supplier and vendor agreements, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.
