Estate Planning

I provide a full-spectrum of estate planning services for my clients, including drafting wills and trusts, advanced medical directives or living wills, Medicaid planning, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and advising families about business succession planning.

I have been helping clients with estate planning for over 25 years and am a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. I am focused on counseling and educating my clients about estate planning so they understand their plans and how to effectively establish and then maintain them. I work collaboratively with my clients, their financial advisors, insurance agents and CPAs, to create a highly personalized estate plan that meets their goals and addresses all aspects of their estate plans - not just the legal documents.

Business and Commercial Law

I focus my business and commercial law practice on helping small business clients start new businesses and/or maintain existing businesses. For new business clients, I counsel them about the initial business formation and how to prepare for and deal with any issues that may arise.

I offer an ongoing maintenance program designed to help clients avoid future business litigation and problems, and successfully manage those that do arise. I draft and review business contracts and other business-related documents my clients use in their businesses. Probate & Estate Administration

After a person dies, it is generally necessary to take steps to transfer the deceased person's property to their family members. I help family members who need assistance with probate or estate administration to complete the process of transferring the decedent's property and paying off of any remaining debts.

Real Estate Law

I provide a wide-range of real estate services to my clients in many different real estate transactions, including residential real estate, commercial real estate, and landlord tenant matters. I am a former general counsel for the Wyoming Association of Realtors, where I gained significant experience in this area of the law.
